Section 66
Prohibition on minors and persons ineligible to enter into contracts according to law
: (1) Minors who have not reached the age of sixteen and persons ineligible to enter into contracts according to law cannot be founders of the company. However, this clause shall not be deemed to prevent the acquisition of rights to the shares of the company purchased by the founder by a minor or a person who is incompetent to enter into a contract according to law.
(2) When a minor or a person ineligible to enter into a contract according to law buys or sells shares or debentures of a company, such person's father, mother or husband or wife or a guardian or guardian appointed according to law shall do so.
